When sending a message, the data controller gets to know the sender's first and last name, which will be obtained on the basis of the sender's consent. In the case of contact by Facebook message, the controller will inform the data subject in writing of the availability of this notice and will draw the sender's attention to the fact that the controller will only process his or her personal data if the sender confirms in writing that he or she has read and accepted the contents of this notice. Az \u00c9rintett jogai<\/b><\/h3><p><b style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Az \u00e9rintett jogai<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett\u00a0<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00e9relmezheti a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokkal kapcsolatos adatkezel\u00e9sr\u0151l val\u00f3 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st, valamint az ezen szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00e9relmezheti azok helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00e9relmezheti azok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00e9relmezheti a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tiltakozhat a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se ellen,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gyakorolhatja az adathordozhat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz val\u00f3 jog\u00e1t.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gyakorolhatja a jogorvoslathoz val\u00f3 jog\u00e1t.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00e9rintett jelen t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3 v\u00e9g\u00e9n meghat\u00e1rozottak szerint panaszt ny\u00fajthat be a Nemzeti Adatv\u00e9delmi \u00e9s Inform\u00e1ci\u00f3szabads\u00e1g Hat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: \u201eNAIH\u201d) vagy az illet\u00e9kes b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Az \u00e9rintettek adatkezel\u00e9ssel kapcsolatban \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edthet\u0151 jogai\u00a0<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Adatkezel\u0151 biztos\u00edtja, hogy az al\u00e1bbiak szerint \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fcljenek az \u00e9rintettek jogai.<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 lehet\u0151s\u00e9get biztos\u00edt az \u00e9rintett sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy az \u00e9rintetti jogai gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatos k\u00e9relm\u00e9t az al\u00e1bbi m\u00f3dok b\u00e1rmelyik\u00e9n \u00e9s a jelen t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3ban foglalt el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geken kereszt\u00fcl el\u0151terjessze: (i) postai \u00faton, (ii) e-mail \u00fatj\u00e1n, (iii) telefonon.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telefon: 0620-991-8933<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@kozmashoes.hu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@kozmashoes.hu<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Levelez\u00e9si c\u00edm: 4220\u00a0Hajd\u00fab\u00f6sz\u00f6rm\u00e9ny, J\u00f3kai M\u00f3r utca 9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9relm\u00e9t indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl, de mindenf\u00e9lek\u00e9ppen a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl teljes\u00edti, \u00e9s t\u00f6m\u00f6r, \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3, \u00e9rthet\u0151 \u00e9s k\u00f6nnyen hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151 form\u00e1ban, vil\u00e1gosan \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9rthet\u0151en megfogalmazva t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja err\u0151l az \u00e9rintettet. A k\u00e9relem megtagad\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l Adatkezel\u0151 szint\u00e9n ezen hat\u00e1rid\u0151n bel\u00fcl d\u00f6nt \u00e9s t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet a k\u00e9relem megtagad\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, ennek okair\u00f3l, valamint az \u00e9rintett ezzel kapcsolatos jogorvoslati lehet\u0151s\u00e9geir\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9relm\u00e9t f\u0151szab\u00e1ly szerint e-mail \u00fatj\u00e1n teljes\u00edti, kiv\u00e9ve ha az \u00e9rintett m\u00e1sk\u00e9nt k\u00e9ri. Az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re telefonos t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag akkor adhat\u00f3, ha az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyazonoss\u00e1g\u00e1t igazolta. Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett postai c\u00edm\u00e9t vagy telefonsz\u00e1m\u00e1t semmilyen m\u00e1s c\u00e9lra nem haszn\u00e1lja fel.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintettek \u2013 al\u00e1bb r\u00e9szletezett \u2013 k\u00e9relmeinek teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt d\u00edjat, k\u00f6lts\u00e9gt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st nem sz\u00e1m\u00edt fel. Arra az esetre azonban, ha az \u00e9rintett\u0151l megalapozatlan, t\u00falz\u00f3, azonos adatk\u00f6rre vonatkoz\u00f3 \u00fajabb k\u00e9relem \u00e9rkezik be az el\u0151z\u0151, m\u00e1r teljes\u00edtett k\u00e9relmet k\u00f6vet\u0151 egy \u00e9ven bel\u00fcl, Adatkezel\u0151 fenntartja mag\u00e1nak a jogot arra, hogy a k\u00e9relem teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt a teljes\u00edt\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos munkateherrel ar\u00e1nyos \u00e9sszer\u0171 k\u00f6lts\u00e9gt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st \u00e1llap\u00edtson meg vagy m\u00e9rlegel\u00e9si jogk\u00f6r\u00e9ben megtagadja a k\u00e9relem alapj\u00e1n t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 int\u00e9zked\u00e9st megfelel\u0151 indokol\u00e1s mellett.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>T\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1shoz \u00e9s hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9relm\u00e9re t\u00f6m\u00f6r, \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3, \u00e9rthet\u0151 \u00e9s k\u00f6nnyen hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151 m\u00f3don, vil\u00e1gosan \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9rthet\u0151en megfogalmazva t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt r\u00e9sz\u00e9re az al\u00e1bbi inform\u00e1ci\u00f3kr\u00f3l:<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">arr\u00f3l, hogy szem\u00e9lyes adatainak kezel\u00e9se Adatkezel\u0151n\u00e9l folyamatban van-e;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az Adatkezel\u0151 nev\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geir\u0151l;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett Adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatair\u00f3l \u00e9s azok forr\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9nek c\u00e9lj\u00e1r\u00f3l, valamint az adatkezel\u00e9s jogalapj\u00e1r\u00f3l;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9s id\u0151tartam\u00e1r\u00f3l;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">azon c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l vagy c\u00edmzettek kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ir\u00f3l, akikkel, illetve amelyekkel a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat k\u00f6z\u00f6lte vagy k\u00f6z\u00f6lni fogja;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett jogair\u00f3l;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az esetleges adatv\u00e9delmi incidens k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyeir\u0151l, hat\u00e1sair\u00f3l \u00e9s az elh\u00e1r\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra megtett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Helyesb\u00edt\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re helyesb\u00edti az \u00e9rintettre vonatkoz\u00f3, pontatlan szem\u00e9lyes adatokat.<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 minden olyan c\u00edmzettet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat a helyesb\u00edt\u00e9sr\u0151l, akivel, illetve amellyel a szem\u00e9lyes adatot k\u00f6z\u00f6lte, kiv\u00e9ve, ha ez lehetetlennek bizonyul, vagy ar\u00e1nytalanul nagy er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel. Az \u00e9rintettet k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet e c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>T\u00f6rl\u00e9shez (\u201eelfeledtet\u00e9shez\u201d) val\u00f3 jog<\/b><b><\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 t\u00f6rli az \u00e9rintettre vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, ha az al\u00e1bbi indokok valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9g abb\u00f3l a c\u00e9lb\u00f3l, amelyb\u0151l azokat gy\u0171jt\u00f6tte vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don kezelte;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett tiltakozik az adatkezel\u00e9s ellen;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat Adatkezel\u0151 jogellenesen kezelte;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat az Adatkezel\u0151re alkalmazand\u00f3 uni\u00f3s vagy magyar jogban el\u0151\u00edrt jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez t\u00f6r\u00f6lni kell.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 minden olyan c\u00edmzettet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat a t\u00f6rl\u00e9sr\u0151l, akivel, illetve amellyel a szem\u00e9lyes adatot k\u00f6z\u00f6lte, kiv\u00e9ve, ha ez lehetetlennek bizonyul, vagy ar\u00e1nytalanul nagy er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel. Az \u00e9rintettet k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet e c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az Adatkezel\u0151 korl\u00e1tozza az adatkezel\u00e9st, ha az al\u00e1bbiak valamelyike teljes\u00fcl:<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett vitatja a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t \u2013 ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 ellen\u0151rizze a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, de az \u00e9rintett ellenzi az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00e9s ehelyett k\u00e9ri azok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az Adatkezel\u0151nek m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l, de az \u00e9rintett ig\u00e9nyli azokat jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 minden olyan c\u00edmzettet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sr\u00f3l, akivel, illetve amellyel a szem\u00e9lyes adatot k\u00f6z\u00f6lte, kiv\u00e9ve, ha ez lehetetlennek bizonyul, vagy ar\u00e1nytalanul nagy er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyel. Az \u00e9rintettet k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re Adatkezel\u0151 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet e c\u00edmzettekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Adathordozhat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re, az \u00e9rintett\u00a0 rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1tja az \u00e9rintettre vonatkoz\u00f3, az \u00e9rintett \u00e1ltal megadott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat. Adatkezel\u0151 tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 v\u00e1llalja, hogy ezeket a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat az \u00e9rintett egy m\u00e1sik adatkezel\u0151nek an\u00e9lk\u00fcl tov\u00e1bb\u00edthatja, hogy ezt Adatkezel\u0151 akad\u00e1lyozn\u00e1.<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><h4><b>Jogorvoslathoz val\u00f3 jog<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Amennyiben az \u00e9rintett \u00fagy v\u00e9li, hogy Adatkezel\u0151 az adatkezel\u00e9se sor\u00e1n megs\u00e9rtette a szem\u00e9lyes adatok v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez val\u00f3 jog\u00e1t, az ir\u00e1nyad\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyok szerint jogorvoslattal \u00e9lhet a hat\u00e1sk\u00f6rrel rendelkez\u0151 szervekn\u00e9l, azaz panasszal \u00e9lhet a NAIH-n\u00e1l (c\u00edm:H- 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; postai c\u00edm: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9..; honlap: www.naih.hu; e-mail c\u00edm: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; telefonsz\u00e1m: +36-1\/391-1400), vagy az illet\u00e9kes b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 v\u00e1llalja, hogy ezen elj\u00e1r\u00e1sok sor\u00e1n az \u00e9rintett b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ggal vagy a NAIH-hal mindenben egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dik, az adatkezel\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 adatokat az \u00e9rintett b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g vagy a NAIH r\u00e9sz\u00e9re kiadja.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get v\u00e1llal arra is, hogy az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatainak jogellenes kezel\u00e9s\u00e9vel vagy az adatbiztons\u00e1g k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeinek megszeg\u00e9s\u00e9vel okozott k\u00e1rt megt\u00e9r\u00edti. Az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gi jog\u00e1nak megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n az \u00e9rintett s\u00e9relemd\u00edjat k\u00f6vetelhet. Adatkezel\u0151 mentes\u00fcl a felel\u0151ss\u00e9g al\u00f3l, ha a k\u00e1rt az adatkezel\u00e9s k\u00f6r\u00e9n k\u00edv\u00fcl es\u0151 elh\u00e1r\u00edthatatlan ok id\u00e9zte el\u0151, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 ha a k\u00e1r vagy a szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gi jog megs\u00e9rt\u00e9s\u00e9vel okozott jogs\u00e9relem az \u00e9rintett sz\u00e1nd\u00e9kos vagy s\u00falyosan gondatlan magatart\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmazik.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>6. Adatbiztons\u00e1gi int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Az Adatkezel\u0151 gondoskodik az adatok biztons\u00e1g\u00e1r\u00f3l. Adatkezel\u0151 megtette azokat a technikai \u00e9s szervez\u00e9si int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket, \u00e9s kialak\u00edtotta azokat az elj\u00e1r\u00e1si szab\u00e1lyokat, amelyek biztos\u00edtj\u00e1k, hogy a felvett, t\u00e1rolt, illetve kezelt adatok v\u00e9dettek legyenek, illet\u0151leg megakad\u00e1lyozza azok megsemmis\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t, jogosulatlan felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s jogosulatlan megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t. Tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 felh\u00edvja azon harmadik feleket, akiknek az \u00e9rintett adatai tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sra ker\u00fcltek, hogy k\u00f6telesek eleget tenni az adatbiztons\u00e1g k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9ny\u00e9nek.<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az Adatkezel\u0151 gondoskodik arr\u00f3l, hogy a kezelt adatokhoz illet\u00e9ktelen szem\u00e9ly ne f\u00e9rhessen hozz\u00e1, ne hozhassa nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra, ne tov\u00e1bb\u00edthassa, valamint azokat ne m\u00f3dos\u00edthassa, t\u00f6r\u00f6lhesse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az Adatkezel\u0151 megtesz minden t\u0151le telhet\u0151t annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy az adatok ne s\u00e9r\u00fcljenek, illetve semmis\u00fcljenek meg. A fenti k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9gv\u00e1llal\u00e1st az Adatkezel\u0151 az adatkezel\u00e9si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9ben r\u00e9szt vev\u0151 foglalkoztatottjai, partnerei, \u00edgy az Adatkezel\u0151 megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l elj\u00e1r\u00f3 adatfeldolgoz\u00f3k r\u00e9sz\u00e9re is el\u0151\u00edrja.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Adatv\u00e9delmi incidensek kezel\u00e9se<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Amennyiben az Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00e1ltala tov\u00e1bb\u00edtott, t\u00e1rolt vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatok v\u00e9letlen vagy jogellenes megsemmis\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t, elveszt\u00e9s\u00e9t, m\u00f3dosul\u00e1s\u00e1t, jogosulatlan tov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t vagy nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozatal\u00e1t, vagy az azokhoz val\u00f3 jogosulatlan hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st eredm\u00e9nyez\u0151 esem\u00e9nyt, cselekm\u00e9nyt \u00e9szlel (a tov\u00e1bbiakban \u00f6sszefoglal\u00f3an: adatv\u00e9delmi incidens) k\u00f6teles a GDPR 33-34. cikke alapj\u00e1n elj\u00e1rni, az adatv\u00e9delmi incidenst bejelenteni a illet\u00e9kes \u00e9s hat\u00e1sk\u00f6rrel rendelkez\u0151 adatv\u00e9delmi hat\u00f3s\u00e1g (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: NAIH) fel\u00e9, illetve t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatni a \u00e9rintettet vagy \u00e9rintetteket az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensr\u0151l, amennyiben az val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151en magas kock\u00e1zattal j\u00e1r a term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9lyek jogaira \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaira n\u00e9zve.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az a szem\u00e9ly, aki az Adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal tov\u00e1bb\u00edtott, t\u00e1rolt vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokra vonatkoz\u00f3an a fentiek szerint megval\u00f3sul\u00f3 adatv\u00e9delmi incidenst \u00e9szlel, az al\u00e1bbi el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gen jelezheti azt az Adatkezel\u0151nek: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@kozmashoes.hu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@kozmashoes.hu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A bejelent\u00e9st tev\u0151 szem\u00e9lynek az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens t\u00e1rgy\u00e1nak megjel\u00f6l\u00e9se mellett a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket kell megadnia:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bejelent\u0151 neve;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bejelent\u0151 el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gei: telefonsz\u00e1m \u00e9s\/vagy e-mail c\u00edm,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az incidens a szoftvert \u00e9rinti, ha igen, akkor melyik r\u00e9sz\u00e9t vagy melyik szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s\u00e1t.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az Adatkezel\u0151 legk\u00e9s\u0151bb 1 munkanapon bel\u00fcl, amennyiben s\u00falyosnak \u00edt\u00e9li meg az incidenst halad\u00e9ktalanul megvizsg\u00e1lja a bejelent\u00e9st \u00e9s \u2013 amennyiben sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges \u2013 a bejelent\u0151t\u0151l tov\u00e1bbi adatokat k\u00e9r be. Az incidens bejelent\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 72 \u00f3r\u00e1n bel\u00fcl az Adatkezel\u0151 adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt a NAIH fel\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az adatszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1snak a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket kell tartalmaznia:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adatv\u00e9delmi incidens jellege, bele\u00e9rtve az \u00e9rintettek kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1it \u00e9s hozz\u00e1vet\u0151leges sz\u00e1m\u00e1t, valamint az incidenssel \u00e9rintett adatok kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1it \u00e9s hozz\u00e1vet\u0151leges sz\u00e1m\u00e1t;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tov\u00e1bbi t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt\u00f3 kapcsolattart\u00f3 nev\u00e9t \u00e9s el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geit;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensb\u0151l ered\u0151, val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151 k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens orvosl\u00e1s\u00e1ra tett vagy tervezett int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek, bele\u00e9rtve adott esetben az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensb\u0151l ered\u0151 esetleges h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek enyh\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amennyiben az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens tov\u00e1bbi kivizsg\u00e1l\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyel, \u00fagy Adatkezel\u0151 megteszi a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges l\u00e9p\u00e9seket ahhoz, hogy megfelel\u0151 szakemberek bevon\u00e1s\u00e1val a vizsg\u00e1lat alatt felm\u00e9rj\u00e9k az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens val\u00f3s \u00e9s lehets\u00e9ges hat\u00e1sait. Err\u0151l a felk\u00e9rt szakemberek jelent\u00e9st k\u00e9sz\u00edtenek. A jelent\u00e9snek tartalmaznia kell javaslatot az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens elh\u00e1r\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges biztons\u00e1gi int\u00e9zked\u00e9sekr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Az int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek megt\u00e9tel\u00e9r\u0151l az Adatkezel\u0151 d\u00f6nt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151, amennyiben \u00fagy l\u00e1tja, hogy az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151en magas kock\u00e1zattal j\u00e1r a term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9lyek jogaira \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaira n\u00e9zve, az adatkezel\u0151 indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensr\u0151l.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sban vil\u00e1gosan \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9rthet\u0151en ismerteti az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens jelleg\u00e9t a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket kiemelve:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a tov\u00e1bbi t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ny\u00fajt\u00f3 kapcsolattart\u00f3 nev\u00e9t \u00e9s el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geit;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensb\u0151l ered\u0151, val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151 k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyeket;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens orvosl\u00e1s\u00e1ra tett vagy tervezett int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket, bele\u00e9rtve adott esetben az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensb\u0151l ered\u0151 esetleges h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek enyh\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t c\u00e9lz\u00f3 int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adatkezel\u0151 nem t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintetteket, ha:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">megfelel\u0151 technikai \u00e9s szervez\u00e9si v\u00e9delmi int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket hajtott v\u00e9gre, \u00e9s ezeket az int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens \u00e1ltal \u00e9rintett adatok tekintet\u00e9ben alkalmazt\u00e1k, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen azokat az int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket \u2013 mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a titkos\u00edt\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1sa \u2013, amelyek a szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9sre fel nem jogos\u00edtott szem\u00e9lyek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra \u00e9rtelmezhetetlenn\u00e9 teszik az adatokat;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidenst k\u00f6vet\u0151en olyan tov\u00e1bbi int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket tett, amelyek biztos\u00edtj\u00e1k, hogy az \u00e9rintett jogaira \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaira jelentett magas kock\u00e1zat a tov\u00e1bbiakban val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151en nem val\u00f3sul meg;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s ar\u00e1nytalan er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9st tenne sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9, azaz az \u00e9rintettek olyan sz\u00e1mosan vannak, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 csak ar\u00e1nytalanul nagy r\u00e1ford\u00edt\u00e1ssal tudn\u00e1 a fentiek szerint t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatni \u0151ket. Az Adatkezel\u0151 ebben az esetben int\u00e9zkedik a megfelel\u0151 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozatal\u00e1r\u00f3l.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Adatv\u00e9delmi incidensek nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sa<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Az adatv\u00e9delmi incidensr\u0151l az Adatkezel\u0151 nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1st vezet.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><b><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sba r\u00f6gz\u00edteni kell:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyes adatok k\u00f6r\u00e9t,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidenssel \u00e9rintettek k\u00f6r\u00e9t \u00e9s sz\u00e1m\u00e1t,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens id\u0151pontj\u00e1t,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyeit, hat\u00e1sait,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatv\u00e9delmi incidens elh\u00e1r\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra megtett int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">az adatkezel\u00e9st el\u0151\u00edr\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyban meghat\u00e1rozott egy\u00e9b adatokat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sban szerepl\u0151 adatv\u00e9delmi incidensekre vonatkoz\u00f3 adatokat szem\u00e9lyes adatokat \u00e9rint\u0151 incidens eset\u00e9ben 5 \u00e9vig, k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges adatokat \u00e9rint\u0151 incidens eset\u00e9ben 20 \u00e9vig k\u00f6teles az Adatkezel\u0151 meg\u0151rizni.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>7.
